Judith Ann Reese

Judy Reese, 74, of Grand Forks, ND, died Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at her home. An outdoor memorial service is planned for Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at 302 S. Atlantic Ave., Kennedy, Minn., the home of her daughter and son-in-law (directions below).

Judith Ann Christensen, the daughter of Roy and Verna (Vilen) Christensen, was born on September 6, 1945 at Hallock, MN. Judy attended school at Lancaster, MN, and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1963. She attended nursing school at Crookston, MN from 1963-1965 where she became an LPN.

Judy married John H. “Jack” Reese on October 24, 1964. They were married for 55 years and had four children, Jason, Cheri, Jessica and Cassidi.

Per her wishes, Judy’s remains were donated to the medical school at the University of North Dakota.

Directions to the service: from the south, I-29 exit 187 at Drayton, turn right and proceed East into Minn.; continue on MN Hwy 11 for 9 miles to Donaldson, turn left on Hwy 75 and go 5 miles to Kennedy; it is the first driveway on the right as you enter town.
