MESA, Ariz. - James Westphal, 78, formerly of Clyde, N.D., died Tuesday, March 9, in Banner Health.

A service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 18, at Brooks Funeral Home in Langdon, N.D. Masks are required. A recording of the service will be available on the funeral home website. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery in the spring.
