GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Dorothy E. Rowe, 92, Grand Forks, N.D., died Monday, Dec. 9, in Valley Senior Living on 42nd.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a funeral at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13, at Zion United Methodist Church in Grand Forks. Burial will be in Memorial park South Cemetery in Grand Forks.
