Daniel Scott Peterson, 64, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 in Chandler, AZ.

Daniel was born May 16, 1957 in Fargo, ND, to Donavon and Lois Peterson. He grew up in Northwood, ND and graduated from Northwood High School in 1975. He attended the University of North Dakota, graduating in 1979.

Daniel is survived by his son Zachary (fiancé Katie) of San Tan Valley, AZ, his daughter Elizabeth Froelich and grandchildren Tristan and Daniel, all of Paulding, OH; mother Lois Peterson of Northwood; sister Teri (Ross) Lonergan of East Launceston, Tasmania Australia, sister Jill Kroke (Brian Wall) of Grand Forks, ND, brother Paul (Wendy) Peterson of Northwood, sister Paula (Brendt) Ostlie of Las Vegas, NV; nieces and nephews: Erin (Matt) Stringer, Kelli, Angus and Tom Lonergan, Hannah (BJ) Hangsleben, Collin Kroke, Jace and Braden Peterson, MacKenzie (Jared) Lorz, Paige Ostlie; and several great nieces and nephews.

Daniel was proceeded in death by his father Donavon Peterson, and his grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
