BISMARCK, N.D. - Cecilia Meyer, 91, Bismarck, N.D., died Monday, Jan. 4, in St. Vincent’s Prospera Community.

A funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, at Parkway Funeral Service in Bismarck. The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home’s website.
