Carlton A. Anderson

Carlton A. Anderson, 89, Valley City, ND formally of Petersburg, ND passed away May 11, 2020 in Sheyenne Care Center, Valley City.

Carlton was born October 7, 1930 in Nelson Township in rural Dahlen, ND. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church. He went to school in Dahlen and Petersburg Schools graduating in 1948. Carlton continued to live on the family farm where he farmed with his parents. Carlton retired from farming and enjoyed his retirement with fishing, golfing, and traveling to visit his brother and family in the south.

He is preceded in death by his parents Andy and Sophie (Skjervem) Anderson, a brother and a sister. Carlton is survived by his sister, Ruby Hansen, Valley City, 11 nieces and nephews and many cousins.

A family service will be held at a later date with inurnment in Petersburg Cemetery.
