GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Carla Hess, 78, Grand Forks, N.D., died Monday, Sept. 23, in Valley Senior Living on 42nd from complications with a stroke.

A celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Hampton Inn in Grand Forks.
