Alan Edward Torgerson

Alan E. Torgerson, 60, passed away at his home in Apache Junction, Arizona on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 after battling a long illness. Alan was a loving husband and father who loved his dogs, fishing, camping, cooking and was a big fan of John Wayne.

Alan was born November 17, 1959 in Grand Forks, ND. He moved to Apache Junction, AZ where he worked as a heavy equipment operator. Alan is preceded in death by his father Raymond. He is survived by his wife Lisa, children Jonathan, Tiffany Busch, stepchildren Travis, Brooke, James, Steven, and Michelle, mother Doreen Dusterhoft, brothers David and Rick, sisters Debbie Gutirez and Lori Lively, granddaughter Elizabeth and many step-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held at 10:00 Thursday March 19 at Valley Baptist Church in Mesa, AZ. A small ceremony will be held in Grand Forks at the end of July where he will be laid to rest.
