Grafton man sentenced for sexually assaulting teen
A Grafton man changed his plea to guilty Wednesday for sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
Thomas Seth Mcleod, 20, will spend four years behind bars and 10 years on probation afterward. The nearly year he's already served will count toward his sentence.
Court documents said he sexually assaulted an underage teen late Dec. 27 or early Dec. 28 at a home on 153rd Drive Northeast. The girl who was younger than 16 years old was sleeping over at a friend's house when Mcleod assaulted her, reports said.
The maximum penalty for the felony charge is 20 years in prison.
