'American Pickers' coming to North Dakota
The TV show, "American Pickers," is coming to North Dakota early this summer to film, and its producers are looking for people with unusual collections, a publicist for the show has announced.
Hosts of the show are hoping to connect with people in the Grand Forks region who have interesting antique collections and want to share the stories behind them, said Evan Linden, in a new release.
"American Pickers" is a documentary series that explores the world of antique "picking."
"We are looking for large unique collections, interesting multigenerational family properties, or anywhere the guys can spend the better part of a day picking good stuff," Linden said.
The hit show follows Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz and their team as they seek out historically significant items and travel the country
Hosts are especially interested in one-of-a-kind items.
