Police didn't have a difficult time running down one of four diners who left a Bismarck restaurant without paying the bill.
One woman left her name on a comment card.
Bismarck police say four people left an Applebee's restaurant Wednesday night without paying their check for $77.64. One of them, a 17-year-old girl, was identified by an employee and received a juvenile citation for theft.
Police say the 19-year-old woman who filled out the comment card could face a possible theft charge.
