Construction on Grand Forks' 32nd Avenue South won't start until May 20, the state Department of Transportation said.
Lanes will be closed and speed limits reduced when it does start. Workers will repair concrete surfaces in a section from Interstate 29 to South Washington Street. Work at intersections will take place at night to minimize inconvenience for motorists.
The project is expected to be done in August.
