St. Cloud State's Megan McCarthy made sure the UND women's hockey team only got one point in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association standings over the weekend.
McCarthy scored the game-winning goal 13 minutes, 5 seconds into the third period to lift St. Cloud State to a 2-1 win over the Sioux on Saturday in Ralph Engelstad Arena.
UND tied the Huskies 2-2 on Friday night.
Casie Hanson scored her sixth goal of the season to give UND a 1-0 lead at 13:51 of the first period.
But St. Cloud State (11-9-4 WCHA, 16-9-5 overall) scored late in the first period on a goal from Sammy Nixon.

The Sioux dropped to 4-19-3 in the WCHA and 4-23-5 overall.
St. Cloud State outshot UND 35-9.
Freshman Michelle Sauer, who started her fourth straight game, made 33 saves.
UND has next weekend off before finishing the regular season at Minnesota State-Mankato on Feb. 22-23.
