Democratic nominee for U.S. House, North Dakota state Sen. George Sinner, will be attending a “Sinner for Women” rally today in Grand Forks.
The event will start at 12:30 p.m. at the Empire Arts Center and is hosted by Rep. Lois Delmore, D-Grand Forks, Nancy Vogeltanz-Holm, Iola Kvasager, and District 43 Senate candidate JoNell Bakke.
Sinner’s mother, former first lady Jane Sinner, will be a special guest. Other legislators speaking will be democratic state Reps. Gail Mooney of District 20 and Kylie Overson of District 42.
Also speaking are Becca Grandstrand of the Grand Forks School Board and UND professor Nikki Berg-Burin.
