DICKINSON - A woman and her young child are at home safe after becoming stranded on a snowy road in southwest Dunn County Friday afternoon, authorities say.
She and her toddler left the vehicle and walked against blustery wind and cold back to their home and her 911 call sparked a multi-agency search by local authorities.
