Someone who purchased a North Dakota Lucky for Life ticket is the winner of $25,000 a year for life.

But, as of Tuesday afternoon, the lucky ticketholder has not contacted lottery office to claim the prize.

The winning ticket, sold at Hamster Oil in Michigan, N.D., features the numbers 4, 8, 15, 17, 39, and the Lucky Ball was 2. Numbers were announced Monday evening.

The winner may receive an annuity payment of $25,000 a year for life, with a minimum of 20 years, or a lump sum cash payment of $390,000.

Lottery players are encouraged to check their numbers, said Randy Miller, director of the North Dakota Lottery.
