WILLISTON, N.D. – Williston police said Monday officers encountered potential explosive devices on Saturday while serving an arrest warrant.
Police released details about what led to the Minot Bomb Squad being called to assist and some nearby homes to be evacuated.
While arresting Gregory Lee Stocker, 23, at 4000 2nd Ave. W., on a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants, officers saw what appeared to be explosive or destructive devices, police said.
