Grand Forks Police say they've taken five complaints of vandalism to above-ground swimming pools in the past week, officials said.
The pools all were located in the general area between North Washington Street and North Columbia Road, north of University Avenue. All the pools were cut multiple times with a sharp object, police said. Anyone with information about the incidents should call (701) 787-8000.
