FARGO - Police here say a body found by searchers in the Red River near 52nd Avenue South today is believed to be that of a Fargo woman reported missing on Saturday.

Preliminary identification indicates the body is that of Kathleen Koper, according to Lt. Pat Claus.

The body will be sent to Bismarck for an autopsy and positive ID by the state medical examiner.

The investigation doesn't indicate foul play, Claus stated.
