UND President Robert Kelley will deliver his State of the University address at 3:30 p.m. today at the Memorial Union on campus. The university said the speech would broadcast live on its website.

The speech comes on the heels of various news events such as record-breaking fall enrollment of 14,200 and Kelley's developing alliance with President Dean Bresciani of North Dakota State University, a traditional UND rival.

Bresciani will deliver his first State of the University address at 11 a.m. today in the Reineke Fine Arts Center.
