If you see soldiers hiding in the trees along Grand Forks’ Greenway Thursday afternoon, don’t be alarmed.
Greenway officials say it’s just UND ROTC cadets on maneuver. They’ll be in the area between Lincoln Drive Park and Kannowski Park from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
