ULEN, Minn. - Emergency crews are responding to a fatal car accident north of here on Clay County Highway 32.
Calls to Red River Regional Dispatch about 2:15 p.m. reported two fatalities and two victims still trapped in a van.
Area fire departments, F-M Ambulance and LifeFlight were dispatched to the scene.
