Patrick Dean Peltier, 50, Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to distributing hydrocodone pills in September 2010. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Christine Holtz, 29, pleaded guilty to selling marijuana in October 2010. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

Sentencing for both cases is set for July 13 in the U.S. District Court in Grand Forks.
