Two people were injured late Saturday when a car driving on an icy road near Wahpeton, N.D., hit the ditch and rolled.
The car was eastbound on Highway 13 about 9:25 p.m. when it entered the ditch and rolled, landing on its wheels, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Office.
The driver, 62-year-old Paulette Stein of Wahpeton, sustained back and shoulder injuries. Her passenger, Jennifer DesJean, 29, of Indianapolis, sustained a head injury.
Both victims were wearing their seat belts, the sheriff's office said in a news release.

The women were taken by ambulance to St. Francis Healthcare Campus in Breckenridge, Minn. A nurse there said the women didn't give the hospital permission to release their conditions.
Dwight (N.D.) Fire and Rescue also responded to the accident, which remains under investigation.
