RED EYE TOWNSHIP, Minn. โ The Wadena County Sheriff's Office received a report of an ATV accident Saturday afternoon in Section Six of Red Eye Township.
Two juveniles were riding a four-wheeler through a mud hole and were thrown off the machine. One juvenile was transported to an area hospital by ambulance with serious injuries and the other was transported to the hospital by family members, with minor injuries, according to the sheriff's office. The extent of the injuries was unknown at the time of this report.
The accident is under investigation. Both juveniles were wearing helmets.
Responding to the scene were Sebeka First Responders, Tri-County Ambulance and Wadena County deputies.
