No charges are likely following a van rollover Sunday that injured 10 people, a North Dakota Highway Patrol spokesman said.

The van was carrying 12 people when it rolled in the ditch near Larimore, N.D..

Paul K. Maendel, 17, Fordville, N.D., was driving the van about 12:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Capt. Kevin Robson, with the state Highway Patrol in Grand Forks.

According to Robson, Maendel lost control of the van on state Highway 18, one mile north of Larimore. The roads were slushy and wet, according to Robson.

Maendel was not injured. Six passengers were treated at the scene for minor injuries and four were transported to Altru Hospital with minor injuries, Robson said.
