A Tokio, N.D., woman has pleaded guilty to abusing her 4-year-old child.
Harriet Rose Feather, 31, used an object to hit and injure her child in August, according to a federal indictment.
Feather is set to be sentenced Feb. 14 on a charge of child abuse and neglect that carries a maximum prison term of 10 years.
