Thompson, N.D., will conduct an aerial mosquito control spray tonight.

The spray is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. In the event of bad weather, spraying will start around 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

Airborne Custom Spraying, the company contracted to handle mosquito control for the city, said the chemical is safe and will not harm gardens, people or pets. But for added safety, people can remain indoors while they are spraying.
