An aerial mosquito control application in Thompson, N.D., is planned for Thursday.
Spraying will take place between 7 and 11 p.m., weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, spraying would be conducted the following day.
According to a news release, the mosquito control product is one specifically designed for use in residential areas. It is safe to use and will not harm people, pets, or gardens.
However, as an added measure of safety, residents can remain indoors while the application is taking place.
