The Ralph Engelstad Arena will hold a 50/50 raffle with a $50,000 pot this weekend at a men's hockey series against the University of Minnesota Duluth.
The raffle will be the largest in the state's history, according to a news release from the arena. Tickets will be sold Friday and Saturday. One winner, who is guaranteed to win at least $25,000, will be drawn in the third period of Saturday's game.
Tickets are three for $5, 10 for $10 and 40 for $20 and participants don't need to be present to win. The winning ticket number will be posted to theralph.com and the Pointstreak 5050 smartphone app.
The raffle is sponsored by Midco and Coca-Cola and profits will go to the UND Athletics Department.
