'Young Women in Art'
At Urban Stampede through Jan. 18: The World's Smallest Gallery at the Urban Stampede, Grand Forks, will present the exhibit "Young Women in Art Series III," featuring work by Jessica Mongeon, Rachel LaBine and Lisa Sewill, through Jan. 18 Many of the works are for sale. 'Fabricated Family'
Opening Monday at UND: "Fabricated Family," a BFA exhibit by Jessica Poppke, will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Myers Art Gallery, UND Hughes Fine Arts Center, Grand Forks. Artist reception: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Pottery workshop
Dec. 7 and 9 in Grand Forks: VSA arts of North Dakota announces workshops from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and 9 at Muddy Waters Clay Center in Grand Forks for adults from the North Dakota School for the Blind. Potter Corey Birkholz will teach about the ceramics process, including creating, bisque-firing, glazing and other various forms of firing. Students will have a hands-on experience.
