Paul Huckstep will be spending the next few years of his life behind bars.
Huckstep, who was accused of the attempted murder of Kenneth Moore last May, was sentenced to five years in prison after reaching a plea deal with the state. According to the deal, which was accepted by Judge David Nelson on Monday, Huckstep will receive credit for time already served.
