FARGO - An Argusville, N.D. man accused of breaking into the off-campus apartment of three NDSU students and sexually assaulting them at knifepoint last December is set to change his plea to guilty.

A Cass County clerk of courts spokesperson confirmed Stanley Joe Busche, 39, is set for a change of plea June 22 in Cass County District Court in the gross sexual imposition case against him.

Busche is accused of being the man who broke into the off-campus apartment of three NDSU international students Dec. 20, holding them at knifepoint and raping two of the three women.

The women were able to escape after one of them wrestled the knife away from the masked man and later told police they believed he had taken cell phone pictures of them, according to court documents.

A search warrant filed in February says Busche was recorded on a Cass County jail phone telling his parents to retrieve panties, a flash drive, some photos and a DVD from his home.
