FARGO - Dylan Thomas Pederson, 21, of Moorhead, pleaded not guilty in Cass County District Court today to charges of terrorizing, reckless endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police and preventing arrest, all felonies.
Authorities say that after an alleged gun incident with his girlfriend on Sept. 28, Pederson fled into a cornfield in rural Argusville, N.D.
Pederson was arrested by authorities after an 11-hour search that involved two helicopters and an airplane.
Pederson's next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 21 at 3 p.m.
