The St. Hilaire (Minn.) City Council will hold a closed session to negotiate the possible sale of the city's municipal liquor store.
The store and the attached bar and grill were put up for sale last month with a listed price of $170,000 and have attracted more than one offer, according to a report by radio station KTRF.
The session will be held at 8:15 p.m. May 24.
Negotiations will take place out of the public eye, but any sort of transaction must be voted on publicly in a council meeting.
When the city listed the property, it also began advertising for a liquor store manager, though no had been hired as of Thursday.
