A veteran outdoor communicator, Dave Csanda spent 28 years as an editor of In-Fisherman publications and co-host of In-Fisherman Television. While most closely associated with Walleye Insider magazine and the annual Walleye Guide, he also contributed countless articles to In-Fisherman magazine and co-authored numerous multi-species books including the 5-part Critical Concepts Walleye Series. He was awarded the prestigious Walleyes Unlimited USA Man of the Year Award for his contributions to sport fishing, and continues to chronicle the fast-breaking world of walleye tournament competition.

Curt Wells
Field Editor/Equipment - BOWHUNTER Magazine
Curt Wells has been bowhunting for 25 years and over that time has traveled to 13 states and six Canadian provinces in pursuit of ten different species of big game. Those travels have ranged from Alabama to Alaska and from the Artic Circle to New Mexico. Wells became an outdoor writer about the same time he started bowhunting and has published hundreds of columns and magazine articles. He is now the Equipment Editor for BOWHUNTER Magazine, a columnist for Outdoor News, Dakota Country and the Wahpeton Daily News. He also writes for several national publications including Outdoor Life and others. He's been an active member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America for seventeen years.
John Staley
Field Trial Judge
John Staley of Grand Forks has been involved in field trials since 1988, and he has earned the position of field trial judge for springer spaniels. Staley has trained some 40 dogs and sold them over the years -- eight or more labs, the rest springers. Through this time, he has understudied some of the best pro trainers in the U.S. and Canada. Staley trains dogs as a hobby. Most of Staley's dogs go to friends or people who turn out later to be friends -- the friendships made through the common bond of the dogs.
