SBHE will have two vacancies

North Dakota's State Board of Higher Education is looking for two new members, Wayne G. Sanstead, chairman of the nominating committee, said Tuesday.

The seven-member board governs the state's university system, which encompasses 11 colleges and universities, UND being one of them. There will be two vacancies June 30 when the terms of Duaine Espegard from Grand Forks and Sue Andrews from Fargo are up.

Each term is four years.

The nominating committee will consider the applications and send three names for each vacancy to the governor for his consideration.
