Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum has named Gary Emineth chairman of his North Dakota campaign, he announced Monday.
Emineth is the former chairman of the North Dakota Republican Party.
In a written statement, Santorum said Emineth is a "true conservative leader" in the state and a "great voice for returning this nation to its foundational values."
