Grand Forks' newest restaurant is now open for business.
Ruby Tuesday, located at 3915 32nd Ave. S. near IHOP, opened Wednesday. Construction of the 5,700-square-foot building began this summer.
The franchise-owned restaurant has about 110 employees.
Owner Todd Hoekstra said Ruby Tuesday offers "great American cuisine," including steaks, seafood, ribs and a salad bar, as well as a full drink selection and Sunday brunch.
Ruby Tuesday also has North Dakota locations in Fargo, West Fargo, Bismarck and Minot.

The Grand Forks restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekdays, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
