Today it will be mostly cloudy, with scattered flurries. It was 34 degrees at 8:30 a.m. Temperatures are expected to fall throughout the day to the high teens and low twenties. Winds will be from west northwest at about 9 to 11 mph with gusts as high as 18 mph according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with scattered flurries with lows near 13.

Saturday expect mostly cloudy with highs near 29 and lows near 15.

Saturday night there is a 30 percent chance of snow.

Sunday there is a 30 percent chance of snow, mostly cloudy with highs near 24. It is expected to be blustery, with west northwest winds between 18 and 25 mph and gusts as high as 40 mph.

Driving conditions in northeastern North Dakota are reported to be in fair to difficult conditions. In northwestern Minnesota roads are reported to be in fair to difficult condition.

The traffic speeds should be reduced in areas where there is snow and icy conditions, especially when passing on the roadways.
