Friday it will be increasingly cloudy with highs near 31 and lows about 17. Winds will diminish to west southwest winds about 5 to 8 mph.

Driving conditions in Northeastern North Dakota are reported good with areas of scattered snow or snow cover. In Northwestern Minnesota expect roads to be in fair to good driving conditions. Keep an eye out for icy patches. The traffic speeds should be slow to normal and visibility is clear.

Road construction/delays
--Highway 32 bypass
A temporary bypass will be in place that began Wednesday on N.D. Highway 32 about 15 miles north of Niagra, N.D.
The bypass will allow repairs to be made to a railroad crossing. Repairs are expected to be completed by Friday evening.
A detour near Fordville, N.D., has been extended to Friday. -- State Route 11
The road construction will continue for the next two weeks in this area between Karlstad and Greenbush about 17.2 miles. The roadway is reduced to one lane with a width limit in effect of 12 feet. Watch for pilot car and short delays.
