The main entrance to Camp Grafton remains closed. Use the north entrance on 45th Street Northeast to enter the camp. Flaggers are in place to the North of Military Road. The estimated wait time is 5-10 minutes.
A number of other construction projects are impacting drivers on highways 20, 57 and 19.
Current roadway updates include:
- 45 mph speed limit enforced from Devils Lake to Fort Totten.
- Traffic delays on Highway 20 from Military Road to the main entrance at Camp Grafton. Pilot cars in place. Estimated traffic wait time is 10 minutes.

- Paving delays on Highway 281 from New Rockford all the way past the turn to Highway 57.
- Trucks entering Highway 57, traffic asked to use caution.
- Paving delays on Highway 57 from Fort Totten to Highway 281. Pilot cars in place. Expect delays.
- Highway 20 from the intersection of Hwy 57 to the bridge: flaggers are present. No delays but
traffic is asked to use caution.
- Highway 20 closed from BIA Road 21 for a 3 mile stretch. Public to use alternate route.
- Highway 2: Truck traffic will be increased this week on the east side of Hwy 2 to Hwy 20.
