Republican candidates for North Dakota governor will have an opportunity to express their views during a debate.

The first-ever Republican Party debate will be held March 3 at Belle Mehus Auditorium in Bismarck.

Candidates Rick Becker, Doug Burgum and Wayne Stenehjem will all take part in the debate moderated by conservative radio host Scott Hennen, Dave Thompson, Prairie Public news director, and Donnell Preskey Hushka, a former broadcast journalist and current government relations specialist for the North Dakota Association of Counties.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the debate starting promptly at 7 p.m. Each candidate will receive a block of tickets, and the remainder will be distributed through the NDGOP headquarters on a first-come, first-serve basis.
