The Red River Runners Frozen Feat footraces will bring several bus detours to downtown Grand Forks.
Cities Area Transit routes 2, 4 and 6 are expected to be rerouted 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday; though service is expected to run in and out of downtown from the northwest along Fifth Street, circling the block near DeMers and Kittson avenues and Fourth Street before exiting the area. During the detour, there will be no buses running along North Fourth Street.
