Red Lake Falls, Minn., Sheriff's deputies arrested a 52-year-old man who had been living in the city for two months on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.
William Clint Por was arrested Tuesday when deputies discovered the sex offender living in the P & S Apartments in Red Lake Falls while investigating a bicycle theft. Por has prior convictions for sex crimes in Michigan and Indiana, according to the sheriff's office.
Por is being charged with a felony level crime for not registering as a sex offender, according the sheriff's office.
He's scheduled to make a first appearance at court in Red Lake Falls today.
