The Grand Forks Lady Rebels eighth grade girls basketball team won the North Dakota State Pacesetter tournament at UND.

The Rebels, who beat Fargo 38-21 in the championship, qualify for the 4 Great State Championships (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa) to be held in Minneapolis in July. Games will be played at the Target Center.

Team members are Lexi Robson, Stephanie McWilliams, Hannah Arason, Alison Hillebrand, Mari Rustebakke, Kylie Dvorak, Kendra Bohm and Katelyn Klefstad.
