The eastbound ramp from the Kennedy Bridge to Fourth Street and River Road in East Grand Forks was closed Friday as construction on the bridge moved into the next phase.
Single lane traffic will travel in each direction on the northern lanes of the bridge and the westbound ramp from Fourth Street and River Road has been reopened.
