A rally against bills restricting abortion in the North Dakota legislature will take place in Grand Forks at 4 p.m. Monday, said Stand Up For Women North Dakota.
The group said the event at the corner of DeMers Avenue and South Washington Street is open to all concerned residents. It encourages those attending to make signs.
