The president of Altru Health System has announced that he will step down from his leadership position at the end of this year.
Dr. Casey Ryan will continue practicing as a physician at Altru after leaving his post as president, said Lindsey Reznicek, spokeswoman for Altru.
Ryan has been president since Altru formed in 1997, Reznicek said. The healthcare group said it expects to fill the position with a physician currently at Altru but has not decided who that will be, she said.
