The 900 block of University Avenue is closed until 3 p.m. today for emergency repairs.
The construction area, which is adjacent to the railroad tracks that cross University about two blocks west of the The Y Family Center, according to a news release from the city of Grand Forks.
The closure began at 8 a.m.
